We are seeking an experienced and passionate sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a sales background in the chemical industry, with a deep understanding and practical experience in the oilfield chemicals market and its applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting the company's oilfield chemical products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the market promotion and sales of the company's oilfield chemicals in designated regions or industries.
• Actively develop new clients, maintain and deepen existing client relationships, understand client needs, and provide professional product solutions.
• Collect and analyze market information, including competitor dynamics, customer feedback, and industry development trends, to support company decision-making.
• Participate in formulating and executing sales strategies to ensure the successful achievement of sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams such as technical and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders and high-quality after-sales service.
• Prepare sales reports and regularly report sales progress to management.

Job Requirements:

• A background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, with sales experience in the oilfield chemicals sector being particularly important.
• Familiarity with oilfield chemical products (such as drilling fluid additives, completion fluids, production chemicals, etc.), their market applications, and major customer groups.
• Keen market insight and excellent client development skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, and a team-oriented spirit.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess independent problem-solving skills.
• We especially welcome candidates who have previously worked for internationally renowned leading oilfield service companies.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
