The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate commercial matters and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake legal research and interpret judgements, laws, and regulations to prepare up-to-date and accurate legal advice and appropriate legal solutions

- Assist in drafting advice for international and domestic clients on a broad range of corporate law matters

- Assist in drafting key and ancillary documents for corporate and commercial transactions

- Manage multiple files and transactions concurrently

- Forge and maintain strong relationship with clients

- Participate in business development activities and client engagement events

Key Requirements

- LLB/JD qualified

- Minimum 5 years' relevant In-house and/or law firm experience

- Excellent analytical, communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills

- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
