In this role, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and promoting SEMI's corporate training, overseas mission trips, AI products and solutions, digital marketing services, e-commerce outsourcing, corporate services and other products / services as they emerge etc.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with strong sales and marketing experience, capable of identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. You should have an understanding of digital marketing trends, AI-driven business solutions, and corporate services. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to promote SEMI's corporate training, AI training courses, AI business solutions, and digital transformation offerings
- Identify and connect with SME owners, startups, and corporate clients, introducing them to SEMI's business expansion services, overseas mission trips, global market entry solutions, AI applications and other products / services
- Promote social media marketing strategies such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and short-form video content marketing to businesses looking to enhance their digital presence.
- Offer e-commerce outsourcing services (i.e. Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop, Amazon), including logistics support and related operational efficiency solutions
- Drive the sales of corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and compliance services, targeting newly incorporated businesses and companies seeking professional corporate solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential client needs and tailor SEMI's offerings accordingly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to enhance SEMI's sales outreach and branding efforts
Requirements:
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, corporate training, digital marketing, and / or advisory services
- Experience in selling training programmes, AI solutions, social media marketing packages, e-commerce outsourcing, and / or corporate services is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (additional languages will be an advantage)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Familiarity with SME business challenges, international expansion strategies, and digital marketing trends
- Experience with TikTok, Xiaohongshu marketing, and short-form video content is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines and maintain client relationships independently
