Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Engineers with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with customers on orders, rescheduling, delivery, and RMA.
• Verify and process purchase orders (pricing, lead time, product info, addresses).
• Handle tasks such as SWO, RFQ, Price Change, AVL, Doc-in, e-Billing, and e-PR.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the system.
• Share shipment details with customers.
• Update reports: monthly sales, open orders, OTD, and customer-specific reports.
• Upload verified SWOs to SentryFile.
• Support Project Management team in delivering customer projects on time.
• Liaise with internal departments and track project progress.
• Identify and address project risks or delays.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering preferred or Business-related disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• MRP system knowledge is an advantage.
