- Handle correspondence from, including emails, phone calls and whatsapp
- Assist to issue invoice and delivery order
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing and document management
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Able to support enquiries over whatsapp at any time
- 5 days work week (including weekends and public holiday)
- Minimum secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Experiene required but no experience can be consider
