The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for:
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 year of corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in the sustainability or agriculture industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build connections and partnerships to deliver results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous start-up environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field

Job Description
The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for:
- Do the onsite indoor air quality test for the clients and prospects
- Liaise with government agencies and education institutes to promote the ESG and sustainability concept
- Key account management: the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints.
- Project management: manage the sales projects and make sure the whole project cycle is complete
- Attend industrial trade shows, conferences and events, to build relationship with industrial partners
- Develop contribution channels for our products
- Manage customer data and coordinating with other departments to provide optimal customer service.
- The remuneration package is basic pay plus commission
