We're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager or Senior BMS Engineer to join our client's team and drive the successful delivery of building automation projects. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure smooth project execution from the validation phase through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality support across all project stages.
• Provide hands-on support in programming control devices and developing graphical user interfaces according to project specifications.
• Assist with system testing, commissioning, and final handover of building automation systems.
• Support the preparation and submission of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date software versions, configurations, and ensure backups are properly stored on the office server.
• Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and process efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

What We're Looking For:

• Degreein Engineering, Building Automation, or a related discipline.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in building systems, HVAC controls, or energy management.
• Solid understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Chiller Plant systems, and control strategies.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Function Block, Structured Text, or HTML5 is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or LONTalk.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
