Project Architect | Residential Landed Projects

Remuneration: $ 7500 - $9000 (Commensurate with Experience)

Office Centrally Located - Island wide job site travelling required.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the architectural vision from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and in-house construction teams to ensure each project is beautifully designed, well-documented, and smoothly executed. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential architectural projects from design concept through to site execution.
• Handle submissions and approvals with relevant authorities (e.g., URA, BCA).
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and specifications to meet local codes and standards.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients clearly and confidently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordination with subcontractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Assist in developing internal SOPs and design standards with senior team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Architecture & BOA registration (recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore).
• Min 3-5 years of proven track record in landed housing architectural design.
• Strong design sensibility with a hands-on approach to project delivery.
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or Lumion.
• Solid understanding of local construction techniques, materials, and detailing
