Job Description

Campaign Strategy
  • Develop and lead the global campaign calendar in collaboration with game publishers, ensuring synergy across regional and global priorities.
  • Identify and secure co-marketing opportunities with new and existing publishing partners to drive platform usage and visibility.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for top-tier publishers, managing campaign planning, creative alignment, and reporting.

Cross-Functional Execution
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing to plan and optimize performance-driven media buys supporting partner campaigns.
  • Align with Brand and Social teams to ensure messaging consistency and creative excellence across touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Loyalty team to integrate our program or other engagement mechanics into campaign structures to improve user retention and spend.

Regional Activation & Localisation
  • Working with regional marketing managers to ensure campaigns are culturally adapted, compliant, and resonant in key markets.
  • Drive localization of global initiatives while preserving brand and partner guidelines.

Measurement & Impact
  • Define campaign KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with data and digital leads.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including traffic, user acquisition, ROI, and partner satisfaction.


Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in gaming, payments, or tech ecosystems.
  • Strong network and working knowledge of game publishers and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in managing co-branded or joint campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and negotiations with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; capable of storytelling and translating strategy into execution.
  • A global mindset and cultural sensitivity, with experience adapting strategies to suit local nuances.
