  • Drive outbound sales efforts, hunting for new business opportunities and building a strong client base, managing the pipeline from qualification to closing deals
  • Establish a good marketing strategy to help the company achieve its goals.
  • Ensure to meet all sales and marketing targets to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Any overtask meant to be done and assigned by the Events Director

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or related fields
  • A hunter mindset with a proven ability in outbound sales and a strong focus on generating new business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the events or marketing industry, or a solid sales background in related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
  • Strong network of contacts or the ability to quickly establish valuable connections.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the SME sector is preferred
