HR Manager - Strategic Leadership Opportunity

A well-known beauty & wellness brand is looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and elevate the full spectrum of human resources functions within a dynamic and growing organization. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on shaping workplace culture, driving people strategy, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

• Basic from $7,500 to $9,000
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Location: City Hall

What You'll Do:

• Lead all core HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and development.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align HR strategy with business direction.
• Champion a cohesive and positive workplace culture.
• Spearhead organizational development programs, including succession planning and leadership training.
• Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, compliance, and change management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Oversee all HR matters including hands-on payroll, commission adjustments, recruitment, etc.

What We're Looking For:

• Min. 15 years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership in strategic HR roles.
• We will only consider candidates with background in the beauty, wellness, hair therapy industries.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Prior experience with Time Soft/Info Tech payroll software.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• High emotional intelligence and sound judgment in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• A hands-on, adaptable leader who balances strategy with operational excellence.
• Solid knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
