Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and budget
• Responsible for end-to-end sales process, from consultation to after-sales support
• Seek and follow up on leads, actively convert inquiries into sales
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
• Collaborate with suppliers / vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, products and materials
• Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior design sales or a related design-based sales role
• Strong eye for design and detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in presentations and handling objections
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or customers simultaneously
• Knowledge of design tools/software (e.g., 3DMax, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.)
• A driven individual who is organized, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required
• Remuneration can be discussed and will be given based on experience or/and technical skills.

Design Manager: more than 6 years of interior design experience. Candidate must show competence in designing and managing different types of projects. Preferably prior experience in managing a team.

Senior Interior Designer: 3 to 6 years of interior design experience. Preferably candidates with aspirations to become Design Managers / Team Leads.
