Report to the board of directors and keep them informed.

Review monthly financial and regulatory reports, profit and cash flow projections, and financial analysis.

Audit, Risk Management and Compliance.

Oversees the management and coordination of all financial reporting activities for the company including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development activities, and monitoring of cash flows budgets.

Oversees the organization and managers operation in compliance with laws and regulations.

Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.

Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
