Job Description:
  • Provide advisory support to SNEF Members on moderately complex issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws, alignment with tripartite guidelines and responsible practices.
  • Manage phone/video calls, emails and meetings with SNEF Members and/or Tripartite Partners in a professional manner.
  • Gather and synthesize relevant data to analyse human resources, industrial relations, and business issues for management reporting.
  • Integrate new technologies and compliance requirements to optimize and safeguard the IWR team's operations and service delivery.
  • Plan, organise, and execute IWR events, and manage all related pre- and post-event activities.
