We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sommelier to guide our guests on an exceptional wine journey. Whether it's introducing a new vintage, rekindling a love for classic favorites, or expertly pairing wines with specific dishes, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our guests' dining experience.
As our Sommelier, you will possess a solid foundation in viticulture and hospitality, combined with a desire to learn and grow within the industry. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to curate a distinguished wine list, educating staff and guests alike, and continually honing your skills to stay at the forefront of wine knowledge.

Job Description
- Be involved in the development, production and implementation of the beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
- Source and manage all inventory related to beverages, including spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages
- Oversee the daily operations of the beverage programme, including ordering, receiving and stocking supplies
- Support the front of house team through training and developing their skills and knowledge of the beverage programme
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality by providing professional, yet friendly service and hospitality to guests (not specific to beverage programme)
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation for all workspaces, especially those related to the beverage programme
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and reliability
- Conduct inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and revenue
- Develop and manage the budget for the beverage programme
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 to 3 years of F&B experience in Western Restaurant or Hotel Industry.
- Able to handle all levels of customers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public relations, and management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Only Singaporeans/PR will be considered
