Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead our IT service desk team and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT service desk team and ensure timely resolution of IT issues

2. Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures
