Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Health Team, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.

• Coach, mentor, and support team members, including facilitating onboarding for new hires and providing ongoing career development and growth opportunities.

• Manage the department's operational, financial, and budgetary responsibilities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Strategically plan and allocate resources to achieve departmental productivity and quality targets.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and overall output.

• Implement and maintain effective control systems and feedback mechanisms to monitor departmental performance.

• Analyze key performance indicators, including financial, operational, and activity reports, to assess productivity and goal achievement.

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of essential departmental reports and documentation.

• Prepare periodic performance and progress reports for senior management to track strategic objectives.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

• Collaborate regularly with other departments and managers to ensure alignment and consistency in work practices across the organization.

• Partner with other departments to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
