Our client is a seasoned portfolio manager with proven EM credit long/short track record. Currently they are looking for a Compliance & Risk Manager to join their team.

You will review, maintain and implement the internal policies, procedures and controls documentation to ensure regulatory requirements of MAS and other relevant regulatory bodies are met. You will be the point of contact for MAS. You will also represent the compliance function in management discussions. You will ensure that training and awareness sessions are provided to all staff members to ensure that staff's awareness of relevant regulations, compliance obligations, policies and required actions. You will also conduct daily risk monitoring and P&L analysis for the overall Fund and individual portfolios.

To be considered, you must have at least 3 years of compliance experience in asset management or regulatory authorities in governance, risk, assurance, compliance or internal control roles. You must be familiar with MAS regulations and asset management compliance, CMS license. Good to have strong work ethic, resolving problems and communication skills.
