Job Description

• Lead and guide inventory planners in managing stock levels to ensure availability while minimizing obsolescence and excess.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan timely supply of critical spare parts.
• Oversee purchase requisitions, track order fulfillment, and coordinate with warehouse teams for optimal storage and allocation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, analyze trends, and generate insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Drive process improvements in inventory control and supply chain workflows through automation and digital tools.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or relevant.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong focus on inventory control and planning for engineering-related parts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Power Query, Python, or Power Automate is an added advantage for process automation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Maximo and Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across internal departments and stakeholders.
