Job Description

• Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for forecasting and replenishment capabilities.
• Evaluate, implement, and enhance leading third-party platforms such as Blue Yonder, Relex, and others based on business needs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of forecasting and replenishment solutions.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and refine algorithms and parameters to improve forecast accuracy and replenishment efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain, category management, IT, inventory, and analytics teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure successful adoption.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and external consulting teams to ensure smooth technical delivery.
• Partner with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models and scenario planning into forecasting systems.
• Drive ongoing improvements in forecast logic, replenishment cycles, safety stock parameters, and vendor fulfillment accuracy.
• Act as the central point of contact for both technical and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present performance insights, proposed enhancements, and business impact metrics to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven success implementing and optimizing platforms like Blue Yonder (JDA), Relex, Oracle RPAS, o9, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of category dynamics, demand planning principles, and supply chain processes.
• Expertise in defining business requirements, mapping workflows, and collaborating in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
