This job contributes to the success of the organization by directing the planning and coordination of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. He/she is responsible to develop the strategy and roadmap for the ERP system implementation, product upgrades, system enhancement, maintenance, support, documentation and manage user support, troubleshooting and user training. The ERP manager partners closely with business stakeholders and cross functional teams, leading project planning, execution and delivery. He/she has to model himself/herself in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Basic Qualifications
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Uses deep understanding of the ERP System running on Microsoft Dynamics AX to drive complex, cross-functional ERP requirements and manage assigned projects with clarity of context.
- Gathers, analyses, and documents business requirements to support the design and development of ERP technology and/or process solutions. Plans and manages the design, implementation, and integration of systems and processes that relates to the ERP system.
- Translates business requirements into ERP technical requirements. Clearly defines and communicates targeted functional solution via functional design specifications.
- Performs application configuration in support of solution delivery initiatives and coordinates ERP solution delivery activities with vendor.
- Oversees testing of system functionality and quality assurance for all systems fixes, enhancements, changes and implementations.
- Ensures support documentation is created, updated and used as intended to assist with production troubleshooting and resolution. Prepares, communicates and educates users on system changes.
- Manages ongoing operation of the ERP system and processes. Oversees resolution of day-to-day support operational issues to ensure user, business and production requirements are met. Ensure communications and documentation of status, root cause and resolutions are provided in accordance to agreed Service Level Agreement.

- Reviews and support roadmap on the ERP system progression and propose technological advancement to continuously drive internal and external partnering business process efficiency. Identifies trends and gaps with the ERP systems and processes.
- Provides regular updates to management and on project teams to ensure requirements are met and completed successfully on time and within budget.
- Provides 24*7 month end financial closing support in a rotating on-call environment.
- For Critical or more complex issues, acts as an escalation point on troubleshooting performance issues and outages, and proactive problem identification and remediation. For Critical or more complex issues, participates in collaboration with peers to resolve cross-domain infrastructure issues.

Acumen and technical expertise and experience :
- Expert technical acumen in the ERP domain(s) as Lead system implementor
- Deep working understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP. Strong working knowledge of all facets of the ERP systems development and operations.
- Completed at least 3 full system life-cycle of the ERP system implementation.
- Ability to identify/define ERP requirements delivering required business capabilities and design and deploy reliable and scalable ERP system modifications
- Ability to develop clear, thorough functional design specifications that drive effective solution development
- Ability to effectively utilize available tools and resources (internal and external) to resolve issues
- Familiarity of effective testing practices and methodologies. Ability to define and execute appropriate test scenarios to validate system solutions
- Familiarity /skill to objectively assess benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options
- Well-developed knowledge of standards and practices for IT project lifecycle management activities and deliverables. Clear understanding of project technical activities, including: (1) solution analysis and design; (2) enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture; (3) systems integration; (4) data conversion and migration; (5) environment management and build processes; and (6) deployment planning and execution.
- Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft SQL server, including skills like performing data query using the analytical tools as well as the SQL reporting tools available.
- Business and data analytics skills will be a plus, to support basic ERP reporting requirement
Basic Qualifications
- Min Bachelor Degree / Higher Degree in Computing/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Up to date Microsoft Certified Dynamics AX certification
- ITIL certification
- PMP certification is a plus
