Requirements

HIGH GROWTH, HIGH-TICKET SALES, CHANGE-OF-INDUSTRY, RESPECTED FIELD

• N-level (Min 1 year experience in Sales)
• Self-motivatied and good attitude
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, aggressive, performance driven environment
• 2nd language is a plus

Remuneration

• Full Commission Based Structure
• This is a Performance-Driven Environment
• Average Income from:
• Entry level -> 70K-120K/year
• Junior level -> 90K-200K/year
• Senior level -> 120K-400K/year

Full Responsibilties:

• Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise
• (SME) clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.
• Source and identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment,
• Assist clients in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation, guiding them through the loan approval and disbursement process.
