- Sourcing & Procurement: Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Logistics & Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and work with logistics providers to optimize operations.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Forecast demand, manage inventory, and collaborate with teams to ensure balanced supply and demand.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze supply chain performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead and develop the supply chain team, foster collaboration across departments, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, which may include duties and responsibilities not described above and subject to change as needed to support business requirements.
