We're on the lookout for a star to join our salon team as a Hair Salon Assistant.

This role is all about providing exceptional salon services and assisting our stylists with various hair salon tasks. If you're detail-oriented, love making clients feel special, are willing to learn and grow in the Beauty space, and want to be part of creating a positive salon experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities might include:

1. Assist hair stylists with shampooing, conditioning, straightening, blowing, and styling clients' hair.
2. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including sanitizing tools and workstations.
3. Greet clients warmly and ensure their comfort throughout their salon experience.
4. Answer client questions about salon services and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
6. Assist in managing salon inventory by monitoring product levels and placing orders as needed.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.

Requirements:

1. Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or PLOC holder
2. Proven experience as a hair salon assistant is preferred.
3. Certification or a license in related fields is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (must speak English).
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality salon services.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Knowledge of salon hygiene and sanitation practices.
9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the salon industry.
