As a Patient Service Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform frontline duties, which includes of attending to calls and public's enquiries
• Assist patient on registration process in the outpatient setting.
• Perform cash collection from patients/family members
• Facilitate the processing of medical reports, including loans, scanning, verification, uploading, and disposal of medical records.
• Prepare and maintain statistical data as needed.
• Ensure on the organization of documents.
• Physically handle heavy case notes and computer accessories as part of the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N level
• Prefer someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and in team.
• Customer-oriented
• IT literate
