A Singapore-qualified Associate is needed by a reputable legal practice that specializes infamily law. What You Will Be Doing

• Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious divorce cases, spousal and child maintenance, distribution of marital assets, and issues related to family violence
• Drafting legal documents such as affidavits, pleadings, and agreements
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and litigation at the Family Justice Courts

Who We Are Looking For

• 3 years of post-qualification experience in family law
• Solid grounding in Singapore family law procedures and relevant legislation
