Job Scope:

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Provide on-site technical support for equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site visits and attend to customer support requests as needed.
• Participate in training to improve technical knowledge and service efficiency.

Requirement

• Possess Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec and relevant field
• 1-2 years relevant experiences will be advantage
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of technical drawings or service tools is an advantage.
