Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor renovation works for elevator systems and related equipment.
• Gain a strong understanding of equipment in order to provide effective technical support during renovation projects.
• Assist in developing renovation procedures, technical manuals, and operational standards.
• Work closely with site supervisors to create and manage renovation work schedules.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for materials and subcontractor services.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of renovation works.
• Collaborate with internal departments and overseas offices on renovation-related matters.
• Ensure all renovation activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, environmental policies, and WSHA requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections and safety patrols for ongoing renovation projects.
• Assist in incident investigations and support documentation/report preparation.
• Submit all required documentation, records, and reports related to renovation works.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in the lift/elevator industry is an advantage.
• 2 years of experience using AutoCAD is a plus
