Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in analyzing and controlling installation costing.
• Establish and maintain the Installation Standard Price List (SPL) while acting as a business support liaison to the Project Execution team.
• Perform assigned engineering and technical support tasks.
• Analyze actual labor, material, subcontracting, and expenses against budget allocations.
• Prepare annual and interim budgets, Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, project account closures, and other ad-hoc management reports.
• Attend site showrounds and prepare cost estimates for lift replacement projects.
• Support sales by assisting with responses to tender inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to identify opportunities for cost improvements.
• Participate in and support Project Execution Team activities related to cost control and cost reduction.
• Issue invoices and monitor the Invoice Master List for Variation Orders and payment receipts.
• Regularly update labor, material, subcontracting, and expenses cost data to ensure accurate cost control.
• Manage and monitor progress claims submitted to the Sales Department.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and managing inventory levels of installation materials.
• Ensure high work performance and conduct standards are maintained by clerical staff.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, relevant legislation, and pollution prevention measures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager or senior management personnel.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
