As a Beauty Manager, you will balance hands-on beauty service delivery with business development responsibilities to ensure sustainable growth, high-quality customer experiences, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Manager, you will:

• Provide professional beauty services, including:Threading (face)
  Waxing
  Facials
  Hair services
  Henna application
  Head massages
• Analyze clients' skin types and recommend suitable treatments.
• Offer expert advice on skincare and beauty maintenance.
• Cross-sell complementary beauty services and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment sterilization.
• Track and manage beauty product inventory.
• Record and update client details to personalize services and build loyalty.

Requirements

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Proven experience in at least 4-5 beauty services (threading and waxing are essential).
• Strong creativity and a passion for beauty and wellness.
