Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver leadership assessment and development programs
• Conduct psychological assessment interviews for personnel selection
• Design and deliver leadership training
• Conduct research in selection, leadership, and organisational psychology
• Support additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or related behavioural science
• Basic knowledge of statistics and tools like SPSS or R
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Confident in presenting and delivering training
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
