Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry vertical.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, product) to deliver on client requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Relevant work experience within similar industry (Semiconductor / Contract logistics)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer focused.
