JOB DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Arrange contracts between clients and builders.
- Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building.
- Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts and colour boards for specific design.
- Research and develop design and product solutions and presents them for consideration.
- Design and coordinate with all internal and external sources on related projects.
- Monitoring the construction process to ensure it adheres to plans and specifications.
- Ensuring designs and construction comply with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Analyse, identify and resolve issues that arise during design or construction process.
- Attend meeting and liaise with clients/consultants/contractors on related project.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers to create design that works.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial buildings, shophouses, hotel, service apartment.
- Proficient in architectural software like, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Photoshop etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process.
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Service oriented with strong communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Analytical, Technical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
