We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects across diverse teams.

Critical Success Factors:

• Prior experience in Large scale deployment planning, identification of integrated risks is required
• Prior experience in Health and/or Public Services Sector Consulting is required
• Ops experience to prepare for hyper care / go live support, structure required, BCP

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
