About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hair Assistant to join our talented team at the Mirror on Wall Hair Salon in the Novena Central Region. As a Hair Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced hairstylists and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting hairstylists with various hair services, such as shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying

2. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our clients

3. Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort during their visit

4. Restocking and organising hair products and tools to ensure the salon is well-equipped

5. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hair and beauty industry

What we're looking for

1. A passion for the hair and beauty industry with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

2. Some prior experience in a hair salon or beauty setting, preferably as a Hair Assistant or Stylist Assistant

3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues

5. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
