About The Role

We are expanding our operations team and seeking Mobile Cleaning Technicians to handle specialized cleaning projects across various sites. This is a full-time position with opportunities for skills upgrading and career progression.

Licensed operators (Class 3/Class 4 driving, Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, etc.) will be given priority consideration and higher remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Execute high-level cleaning works including facade cleaning, high ceiling areas, and industrial spaces
✔ Operate cleaning machinery (floor scrubbers, pressure washers, industrial vacuums)
✔ Perform specialized cleaning using boom lifts/scissor lifts for hard-to-reach areas
✔ Transport equipment to various sites using company vehicles (for licensed drivers)
✔ Conduct post-renovation cleaning and deep disinfection services
✔ Maintain strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Minimum 1 year cleaning experience (Fresh graduates may apply for junior positions)
✔ Valid licenses preferred:

Class 3/4 Driving License

Boom Lift Operator License

Scissor Lift Operator License

MEWP Certification
✔ Physically fit to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
✔ Willing to work flexible hours including weekends when required
✔ Basic English proficiency to understand work instructions
