Location: Jurong West (10-15mins walk from MRT)
Working Days: 5 - 5.5 days/week, office hours

Salary Package

• Fresh Grads / No Experience: From $2,000/month (No exp welcome)
• Experienced Candidates: From $2,300/month
• Transport Allowance (Motorbike): Up to $325/month

Job Scope:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works on-site
• Respond to breakdowns, standby duties, and emergency call-outs
• Maintain accurate work records and support inspections and audits (BCA, FSB)
• Assist in incident investigations, QC/QA defect follow-ups, and reporting

✅ Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in maintenance or lift industry is a strong advantage
• Must own a motorbike for transport between sites
• Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or building systems troubleshooting
• Comfortable with manual tasks, shift work, and standby duties
