Responsibilities :

• Create monthly Demand & Supply plan and negotiate with Distributor.
• Explain Demand & Supply thinking way to cross function team so as to secure production allocation for future months
• Good overview of Indonesia market, promotion activities and competitor situation to explain to internal stakeholders
• Visualize and summarize distributors requests for fleet / ad-hoc orders to ensure production supply
• Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasure with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of demand & supply concept or working experience preferred in Automotive/Logistics
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Power-point) to run analysis & visualization, reporting purposes etc.
• Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred
• Able to travel overseas and work overtime when required
