Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Apply psychological principles to support operations
• Conduct research and develop training programs to improve effectiveness
• Provide crisis support and mental health check-ins
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote resilience and well-being
• Advise management on psychology-related matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience in psychology or behavioral sciences (advantageous)
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical software
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
