Job Description

• Facilitate open and active communication among all wellness associates and medical associates to create a seamless medi-wellness integration

• Able to deliver professional, technical, and knowledgeable wellness consultations with guests. Establish long-lasting business relationships with all guests and associates

• Brand maintenance & spearhead new medi-wellness initiatives

• Stay on trend with new innovative medi-wellness initiatives and market trends

• Operational effectiveness and promote a positive working environment where all associates can build on constructive feedback to improve their self-awareness

• Fostering a working environment where associates' achievements and efforts are recognized

• Generating incremental revenue through packages and retail products

• Assist to maintain service delivery standards, wellness programmes and general operations

• Liaise with suppliers and professionals to regularly organize the latest wellness trends seminars

• Previous experience working with HNW clientele is preferred

Job Requirements

• ICF accredited

• Physiotherapist, nutriontist, dietitian, psychologist, functional medicine background is preferred. Other wellness-related certifications would be advantageous e.g.physical rehabilitation, nutrition, lifestyle

• Experience in mental health, mindfulness coaching & corporate wellness

• First aid and CPR certified

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and operational skills

• Minimum 5 years in a similar supervisory position & worked in other wellness centre or clinic as health coach

• Team player and a self-motivated mindset
