Location: Lower Delta (Air-Conditioned Environment)
Salary: From $3,500/month (depending on experience)
Working schedule: 5-5.5 days/week

About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Factory Manager to lead their production team in Lower Delta. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high-quality output, and fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations to meet production and quality targets
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators
• Plan and manage production schedules for optimal workflow
• Enforce quality control measures and workplace safety protocols
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and QA departments
• Organize machinery maintenance and minimize downtime
• Track inventory for raw materials and finished products
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and productivity
• Generate performance, cost, and efficiency reports

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in factory or production management
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and production workflows
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business is a plus
