Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week

Work Type: 9-Month Contract, subject to extension

Salary: Up to $ 4,100 per month

What you will be working on?

• Supports the division on Marketing, Procurement and Finance matters
• Conceptualize and implement the division's marketing communications plan in both social media and mainstream media
• Provides admin support on the division's budget and finance reports.
• Widens residents' outreach and deepens engagement through programmes and active collaboration with corporate partners.
• Works with grassroots leaders and community partners in promoting programmes and enhancing the capacity and capability of the community and grassroots Organisations (GROs).
• Provides guidance and support in implementation of programmes.
• Provides administrative and clerical support and assists in the update, collation, preparation and submission of reports and statements.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum degree in any discipline with operation/ administrative support experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Able to manage heavy workload and prioritize tasks within tight timeline
