Responsibilities:
- Marketing and branding strategy
- Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, etc.) to increase brand visibility.
- Develop marketing collateral (brochures, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) tailored to healthcare professionals, researchers, or consumers.
- Build relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), doctors, genetic counselors, and distributors.
- Represent company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and marketing messaging.
- Lead and mentor sales/marketing teams
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, lead generation, ROI on campaigns) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to align sales/marketing with company goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related field.
- 5 years in sales/marketing for oncology
- Understanding of genetic testing for oncology
