Senior Sales Engineer (AEROSPACE)

Key Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aerospace MRO market, including airlines, leasing companies, and OEMs.
- Technical Sales: Provide technical expertise to clients, demonstrating how our MRO solutions meet their operational and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop customized MRO solutions that align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least 12 years in relevant industry (AEROSAPCE)
- Candidate must possess sales experience or tehcnical knowledge with Tools/GSE/Aerospace consumables
- Hands on expereice with aircraft is a plus
