Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan / Design and manage the landscape maintenance services and projects.

2. Manage the operation in executing ground works and paper works: including safety procedures (eg: plant propagation, pest & weed control, grass turfing & maintenance, tree transportation, tree pruning & cutting, landscape implementation)

3. Ensure the proper documentation on the operation to be submitted to office on time.

4. Source for the prices of plants and other materials and doing the coordination of delivery to the site.

5. Quotation preparation for the projects assigned (Tendering & Quotations)

6. Attend site meeting and arrange coordination with sub-contractors.

7. Provide and submit reports (internal - office and external - clients)

8. Prepares orders for various types of plants.

9. Provides professional advice on the selection, planting and upkeep of plants.

10. Plans and attends regular meetings with clients

11. Other duties that may be assigned relevant to your position as Horticulturist / Arborist as and when required and / or necessary. Oversee and arrange landscaping works on site.
