• Oversee server, data storage, and archiving systems that support business-critical applications.

• Ensure infrastructure stability and system uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

• Manage deployment, configuration, and procurement of hardware and software systems.

• Perform system maintenance during off-hours to minimize disruption to daily operations.

• Need to go retail stores sometimes for tech support

skills and requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or similar

• Strong foundation in IT systems, applications, and infrastructure management.

• Someone all rounder, who knows a bit of coding, infra, SAP, tech trends.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP and web technologies is advantageous.

• Familiar with IT troubleshooting and user support practices.

• Prefer candidate who has retail or luxury brand background
