Key Responsibilities:

- Providing quality play and exploration experiences for the children

- Curriculum Implementation: STEAM-centric curriculum

- Classroom Management: Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

- Child Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Teachers regularly assess each child's progress, identifying areas of strength and areas needing improvement. They maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.

- Parent Communication: Maintaining open communication with parents is crucial. Teachers provide regular updates, address concerns, and collaborate with parents to support their child's learning at home.

- Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues, including other teachers and support staff, is essential for a cohesive and supportive learning environment .

Essential Requirements:

- Education: A minimum of L2 certification

- Diploma in Pre-School Education - Teaching (DPE-T)

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred

- Prior experience working with children
