Job Description:

The Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations, helping lead the team and ensuring excellent customer service. You will work closely with the manager to uphold standards and assist with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee shift operations and delegate tasks
• Assist with training and mentoring staff
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns
• Monitor inventory and supplies as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a restaurant environment
• Basic knowledge of restaurant systems and protocols
