Job Description:

The Cashier is responsible for processing customer payments, handling take out orders, and providing excellent customer service. You are the last point of contact and play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders accurately using the POS system
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions
• Pack and check takeout/delivery orders for accuracy
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
• Ensure receipts and change are accurate
• Support front-of-house staff during peak times

Qualifications:

• Basic math and computer skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
• Ability to multitask under pressure
