Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare and oversee the creation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing processes and financial reporting to both local and corporate headquarters.
- Review and evaluate financial policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements while maintaining proper governance and internal controls.
- Monitor and analyze cash flows to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial teams on various company-related matters.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of fixed assets to ensure accurate records and compliance.
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Administer recruitment, compensation, and benefits processes, including the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, while fostering a positive work environment and overseeing performance appraisal systems.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relative working experience.
- ACCA qualification
- Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
